This Privacy Policy describes the privacy practices of Fr87 ("Fr87", "we" or "us") in connection with the use of all Fr87 websites within the domains fr87.ai, and all related services (collectively, the "Service"). As used in this Privacy Policy, the term "personally identifiable information" means any information that readily may be used to identify an individual, including but not limited to a first and last name, physical or email address, phone number or other contact information. This Privacy Policy should be read alongside our Terms of Service.

Data Collection

We do not automatically collect personally identifiable information in connection with the Service unless you submit an information request form to Fr87 through the Service, register with Fr87 and sign in to the Service, or are invited by another user to receive Fr87 email alerts through the Service (as discussed more below). We do track certain information about the visits to our website. We compile traffic-based statistics that show the numbers and frequency of visitors to the Service and individual web pages on the Service.

The compilation is an aggregated statistical report that we use internally to understand traffic on the Service, manage the Service, and help diagnose any problems. Unless you are signed in to the Service or are invited by another user to receive Fr87 email alerts through the Service, these statistical reports contain no personally identifiable information and are not used to gather such information.

We also record information from your computer and browser, including your IP address, Fr87 cookie information (as discussed more below), and software attributes. If you register with Fr87 and sign in to the Service directly or through your LinkedIn account, we may collect information regarding your use of the Service, such as web pages you visit.

Information We Collect

When you submit an information request form to Fr87 through the Service, when you register with Fr87 and sign in to the Service directly or through your LinkedIn account, when you upload any letters or similar communications through the Fr87 "My Assertions" service, or when you are invited by another user to receive Fr87 emails alerts through the Service, Fr87 may collect personally identifiable information, including the following:

Your name;
Your contact information, such as email address and/or physical address;
The type of information that you are seeking if you submit an information request form to Fr87 through the Service, and any information that you include in that form;
The names of the individuals whom you have invited to receive Fr87 email alerts through the Service;
Information relating to the Fr87 links that you click on and emails that you open through the Fr87 email alerts (which information is collected through user-specific Fr87 links and web beacons, as discussed more below);
The names of individuals who invited you to receive Fr87 email alerts through the Service;
Your job title and the name of your company if you sign in to the Service through your LinkedIn account or if you upload any letters or similar communications through the Fr87 "My Assertions" service.

Use of Cookies

We use cookies to collect information regarding your use of the Service. A cookie is a small string of data which often includes an anonymous unique identifier sent to your browser from a website's computers, and stored on your computer's hard drive. Our use of cookies enables us to save searches and track user sessions, neither of which actions make use of personally identifiable information unless you are signed in to the Service directly or through your LinkedIn account.

Cookies are used to store and sometimes track your preferences in order to provide you with a customized and personalized experience. Cookies enable the Service to recognize your Internet browser and tell us how and when pages on the Service are visited and by how many users.

You can adjust your browser settings to accept all cookies, refuse all cookies, or to notify you when a cookie is being placed on your hard drive. Web Beacons and User-Specific Links

We use user-specific links and web beacons in Fr87 email alerts to collect information relating to the Fr87 links that you click on and emails that you open through the Fr87 email alerts. These user-specific Fr87 links and web beacons are small snippets of code contained in Fr87 email alerts. If you prefer not to receive user-specific Fr87 links and web beacons and want to unsubscribe to Fr87 email alerts, you may unsubscribe by clicking "Unsubscribe" in any Fr87 email alert or by contacting us at contact@fr87.ai.

Use of Information

We use information gathered through the Service for the following general purposes: to fulfill your requests for information or services, improve the Service and other products and services offered by Fr87 or its affiliates, contact you regarding the Service or other products and services offered by Fr87 or its affiliates, conduct research, and provide anonymous reporting for internal and external clients.

We will not sell your personally identifiable information to third parties, and we will not provide your personally identifiable information to third parties except as described below.

Third Party Information Sharing

We may provide your personally identifiable information to our third party service providers who will be obligated to protect your information and will use your information only in performing services for Fr87 in accordance with this Privacy Policy. We may transfer your personally identifiable information if we are acquired by or merged with another company, in which event we will notify you before your personally identifiable information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

We may also disclose personally identifiable information collected through the Service if we believe it is necessary in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, or violations of our Terms of Service; to protect and defend our rights and interests and those of our users; or as otherwise required by law.

Data Security

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the Internet or e-mail is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect personally identifiable information that you submit to us, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to the Service. Any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorized access.

Data Storage

If you choose to provide us with personally identifiable information, you consent to the transfer and storage of that information on our servers located in the Dubai.

Data Access and Control

We will strive to give you access to your personally identifiable information for any purpose, including to request that we correct the data if it is inaccurate or delete the data if Fr87 is not required to retain it by law or for legitimate business purposes. We may decline to process requests that are frivolous/vexatious, jeopardize the privacy of others, are extremely impractical or require disproportionate technical effort, or for which access is not otherwise required by local law. Protection of Financial Information

Fr87 will protect your company's confidential financial information that is included in any information request form submitted to Fr87 through the Service with the same level of protection that we apply to personally identifiable information under this Privacy Policy.

Third-Party Websites

This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party websites that may be accessed through the Service. We may provide links to other websites that contain information that we believe may be useful to you or that you will find valuable. But we have not investigated the security of those linked websites, and you should not assume those sites have a privacy policy equivalent to ours. If you access such a third party website through a link we provide, you will be subject to the privacy policy of the new site. We are not responsible for the contents of any linked third party web pages referenced through the Service. If you have any questions regarding the privacy, security, or content of any third party websites, you should contact the appropriate contact(s) at those websites directly.

Local Addendum to the Privacy Policy for Data Subjects in the European Union

1. Scope of Application

This local addendum to the Privacy Policy for data subjects in the European Union ("EU Addendum") supplements the Privacy Policy above and applies in addition to these sections to any processing of personal data relating to data subjects (as defined below) in the European Union, where the processing activities are related to:

the offering of goods or services, irrespective of whether a payment of the data subject is required, to such data subjects in the European Union or
the monitoring of their behavior, as far as their behavior takes place within the European Union.

"Personal data", where used in this EU Addendum, shall mean any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person ("data subject"); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person; Within its scope of application this EU Addendum shall take precedence over any conflicting or deviating terms in sections 1 to 7 of the Privacy Policy.

3. Processing of Website Data

When we collect information about the computer or devices you use to access our website, track your use of our website to improve the website and provide targeted advertisement as outlined in the Privacy Policy above, we do so to pursue our legitimate interest in providing relevant advertisement to you and improve our service. We collect such information only on the basis of anonymized or pseudomized data.

You may object to the collection of pseudomized data by sending us a notice through this opt-out link. In this case we will place an opt-out cookie on your device to identify the device and be able to prevent future tracking. Legal basis as of 25. May 2018 for this collection and processing of data is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) GDPR.

When we process:

your contact information provided on an online registration form, to contact you and to provide you with information about our services or to provide you other information and services that you have requested, or
your resume/CV you provided in the context of a job application, or
other information through our websites for the purposes for which you provided it,

we do so as of 25. May 2018 on the basis of the permission set out in Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) GDPR. Where we process personal data to comply with legal obligations or legal processes we do so on the legal basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c) GDPR. Legal basis for the processing of personal data for the purposes listed in section 3 lit. b), c) and e) of the Privacy Policy is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) GDPR.

4. Transfer to Third Countries

Personal data processed by us in the Dubai will be processed in compliance with our Privacy Shield certification. The European commission concludes that the Dubai ensure an adequate level of protection for personal data transferred under the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield from the Union to self-certified organizations in the Dubai.

5. Your Rights as a Data Subject

To enforce the following rights as a data subject granted in the GDPR, please contact us as described in the Privacy Policy above. Please bear in mind that we may ask you to identify yourself as a data subject (e.g. by presenting a copy of your identity card) to be able to verify whether you are the data subject and to prevent misuse of your personal data by others.

a. Right of Access

As a data subject you have the right of access to your personal data and the following information: (a) the purposes of the processing; (b) the categories of personal data concerned; (c) the recipients or categories of recipient to whom the personal data have been or will be disclosed, in particular recipients in third countries or international organizations; and starting from 25 May 2018 according to Art. 15 GDPR also: (d) the envisaged period for which the personal data will be stored, or, if not possible the criteria used to determine that period; (e) where the data are not collected from the data subject, any available information as to their source; (f) and the rights of the data subject, explained hereinafter.

b. Right of Rectification

We as a data controller are required to rectify inaccurate personal data. As of 25 May 2018 you as an affected data subject shall have the right to obtain from us the rectification of inaccurate personal data and the completion of incomplete data relating to you.

c. Right to Erasure or Restriction of Processing

As of 25 May 2018 you as a data subject have the right to obtain from us the erasure of personal data concerning you, if the conditions described Art. 17 para 1 GDPR are fulfilled, and provided none of the exceptions specified in Art. 17 para 3 GDPR apply. As from 25 May 2018 according to art. 17 para 2 GDPR, you as a data subject have a right to be forgotten if we as a data controller have made the personal data public and are obliged pursuant to Art. 17 para 1 GDPR to delete the personal data.

d. Right to Object

Where we process your personal data on the basis of Art. 6 para 1 subpara (f) GDPR to pursue our legitimate interest, you have the right – starting from 25 May 2018 – to object to such processing (Art. 21 GDPR). If you object to processing, we will review our balancing of interests.

e. Retention of Data

Personal data may be stored only as long as necessary. According to Art. 17 para 1 DS-GVO, personal data that are no longer necessary for the purpose for which they were collected or otherwise processed, must be deleted by the data controller. We will retain your personal data collected through our websites for so long as it is required to complete the purpose for which you provided us with your data. We will retain Client Data for the period agreed in the separate agreement with the particular client.

f. Right to Lodge a Complaint

You may lodge a complaint with the competent data protection supervisory authority, if you consider that the processing of personal data relating to you is unlawful.
